Note: We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Listed below are how we ship and the information you will need to determine how your order is shipped and when you will receive it.

CONTINENTAL (48 States) UNITED STATES - We ship via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS), which supplies us with a tracking number which is emailed to you after your order is packed. The tracking will allow you to know when your order will be delivered to your door. The standard UPS Ground Delivery time is between 3 and 9 BUSINESS DAYS (not counting Saturday or Sunday as UPS does not pick up or deliver on the weekend). If you choose Second or Third Day UPS your order will not ship until the following day after it is received (and that first day is not counted). So, consider that second or third day is usually a little longer than stated. If your order is received AFTER 3 pm. on Thursday, it will not ship until the following Monday.

If you supply a POST OFFICE BOX we will NOT ship your order. ONLY APO AND FPO POST OFFICE shipping will be accepted. FPO and APO can only be shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE. No tracking is available on your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: ALL International orders outside the 48 United States are shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE.

ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY, WE REQUIRE YOU TO APPROVE ALL SHIPPING COSTS VIA EMAIL BEFORE WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER, . FAILURE TO RESPOND TO EMAIL WILL VOID YOUR ORDER. We will not ship any other method EXCEPT US POSTAL SERVICE.

Please be aware that some governments will charge some amount of Duty or Tax on a merchandise shipment. We recommend that you find out what your government charges as you are responsible for these fees. For insurance purposes we declare the amount of your purchase on your shipment. We do not charge these fees, they are levied by the country you live in.

In the following Countries, we are required to attach a Pro Forma Invoice to the outside of the box and YOU MAY BE CHARGED an Administration fee of $15 AND DUTIES and TAXES may be billed:
Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City.

Note: Sorry, no returns on makeup orders. CALIFORNIA LAW REQUIRES NO RETURNS ON USED ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, HAIR DRYERS, CURLING IRONS, HAIR SETTERS, ETC.
• No aerosols can be shipped out of the U.S. They are not allowed to be shipped.
